Time on your own is time well spent
Thoughts and actions all well meant
 
Clear your mind of negative thought
Try to be positive is what you ought
 
Good use of the moment spent alone
Put on hold all you can postpone
 
Use the time to relax and rest
Leaving you feeling at your best
 
All by yourself and on your own
Words meaning the same and setting the tone

If you are alone don’t worry or fret
Remember you are the best friend you ever met

Just remember you’re never really alone
There’ll always be someone at the end of the phone
