Day Dreaming

 
Ever sat and dreamed
Thinking of your life and what it means
Wondering if it was all it seemed

Looking at your past
Thinking of years gone by
Wondering if the happy times would last

Looking at the present
Thinking of all that is happening for you now
Wondering if this is it, or is something else meant

Look to the future yet to come
Thinking of all you’d like to do and be
Wondering if you will achieve fame and be someone

Well what will be will be
Fate is mapped out for me and for you
I’ll try my best and just wait and see
