Favour

 
Do me a favour not a bad turn
My friendship is there yours to earn
 
A better friend than me
Would be hard to find wherever you may be
 
But never be an enemy or foe
Be that at your peril, my cross words would not be slow
 
Some have found to their cost
That such ignorance is their loss
 
As a friend I’ll be there for you in need
Even if you fail or succeed
 
My support and love for you
Will be in all I show and do
 
Enemies some have made of me
But friends are the ones that I like to see
